Delivery Options
Whether it’s your first order or your 100th, We can’t wait until the magical moment you receive your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked, packed by hand, and in many cases made fresh just for you, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.
We ship everywhere within the United States and are currently working on getting our goodies to every corner of the world.
We ship every package USPS Priority Mail® which includes tracking and guaranteed delivery in 1-3 business days once the package is entered into the USPS system.
* Once a package is obtained by USPS it is out of our hands but we will gladly work with you if an issue should arise. ONCE A PACKAGE IS MARKED ‘DELIVERED' WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE.
We are not responsible for stolen packages or “lost" packages once they have been marked ‘Delivered' by USPS.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary based on your delivery location and the weight of your package, we also offer very affordable FLAT RATE shipping options for all orders over $60. Your order MUST TOTAL $60 OR MORE before all applicable taxes and shipping fees to qualify for flat rate shipping. If for some reason the flat rate shipping option is selected at checkout and your order total is not $60 or more, your order will be automatically canceled within the system. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Packaging
Your TENDER products are packaged in the most eco-friendly ways possible! Our soap is wrapped in plant cellulose cellophane that is naturally 100% compostable. It feels like traditional plastic but is made from biomass content made from eucalyptus trees, sourced with sustainable forestry principles and are certified biodegradable. They breakdown in about 3 weeks and can literally be planted in your backyard. I know because I’ve tested it. How amazing is that!
Since I can’t eliminate packaging completely at this time (in the case of my body butters etc), I will now be using glass when necessary and jars made with 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. All of my shipping boxes, bags, and packaging materials are now made with 100% post-consumer recycled paper and cardboard. We want to do out part in keeping tons of garbage out of our landfills and removing damaging carbon from our beautiful air! Please check out our waste-less initiative for more information. HERE

Please contact us within 14 days if there is a problem with your order so we can jump on it as quickly as possible. We want everyone to have an amazing shopping experience and will always go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect.
Unfortunately, due to hygienic concerns, which we take very seriously, we do not accept returns in any case. Not even when a package is returned to us from USPS. In those cases we dispose of all products immediately as we will not use them again! You can be sure that every product you receive is fresh and handmade just for you!

Every product in the entire TENDER organics online catalog, all the labeling, packaging, order fulfillment, website design and management, all the product photography and social media content is created by our Founder/ CEO Taina Parker, whom is also the stay at home mom to a crazy active 18 month old baby boy.
It’s truly a one woman show ‘round here (for now at least) So thank you for understanding that sometimes it can take up to one week to receive your order. However, on our best days you’ll have them within 4 business days!
All credit must be given to Alvin Parker, Taina’s dashingly handsome husband for being the muscle behind our very large (and very heavy) daily drop off’s to the post office! These drop off's often take place at 6:30am- we literally couldn’t do it without him!
Local?
If you’re in the NYC area and want to pick up your order instead of having it shipped- the process is now easier than ever! All pick up orders can be placed online and retrieved at The Fade Game Barbershop which is owned and operated by Alvin Parker, our CEO’s husband and T.O team member . Just simply checkout as you normally would and select the pick up option listed in the shipping column. In the notes section you can list a date and time that works best for you and we'll send you an email confirming your pick up reservation. When you arrive your order will be packaged beautifully in our signature ecofriendly shopping bag and ready for you to enjoy! We guarantee a quick and smooth transaction. Thank you, see you soon!
